The location is exceptional. It is like having an apartment right in the heart of Venice yet removed from the crowds. The studio apartment is connected to the hotel, so we had full hotel servicing of rooms as well as having our own kitchenette and more space than just a hotel room.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, down a quiet lane close to St Marks square and a vaporetto stop. I was given an adjoining apartment so had plenty of space to relax. A very good breakfast was available in the hotel and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
